Content Code is for patreon-unfriendly content, cheats allow to pick all skills at game start

(otherwise only one skill to pick, and you can't improve them before the game gets into the actual sandbox mode)

The game is good and has its positives, but the negatives outweigh them. There is 'content in development' from the first version that remains unfinished, yet the developer chooses to add new stories instead. Do they not want to complete it, or will they never? What’s the point of introducing this content without a release timeline? I don’t see the logic in progressing through the game while 50% of it is still labeled as 'content in development'—especially when that content is far more interesting than the updates. Score: 4/10.

It's an Alpha version, the content changes permanently and we are still in the Intro-Phase of the game, so: no.
You shouldn't expect a WT in the next 12 months i think.

Currently you can use the cheats to unlock specific options and scenes, but you have to try that by yourself.
