I remember the massage thing, but I don't remember if it was like you say, my feeling is that it was an option that was always greyed out, as if you had made a bad decision long before and as we never found out why, it was listed as a bug by us

I originally thought the same too, after Ch 2 came out. However, I recall it was revealed that the option wasn't meant to be selectable a second time, and there isn't some hidden dialogue/scene waiting.
I just checked the 3.02p script and the "Stay here with Synne" button is only linked to one event and the button then gets greyed out at the conclusion of that event.

nibskek posted is at the end of that event (the end of the massage). The button is greyed out because it was already used/selected to get that event.
Here's the screenshots of the "Stay here with Synne" button:
1. During the 2nd beach roam event, the initial scene is activated by using the "Interact with Synne/Evangeline" button:
2. After a short conversation with Synne that reveals Evangeline swam to the small island, the MC is given the choices below, including the "Stay here with Synne" button. Note that prerequisite requirements are listed to meet the conditions to "Stay here with Synne":
3. Selecting "Stay here with Synne" leads to the massage scene. At the conclusion of that scene, the "Stay here with Synne" button is greyed out because that option has already been used. Importantly, note there is no list of prerequisite requirements, which would show if the option was supposed to remain selectable:
