Just finished replaying through the entire game and finishing up episode 3 as well. And wow, this latest episode was REALLY good! So much content, really looking forward to seeing how the story develops. Really loved Leap of Faith as well, so I'm proud and happy to be a Patreon sub 
Also, answering my own question, looks like there's a lot of screen time and development with Samantha, but no sex or anything yet. Hanging out with her and finding more about her was really nice. The teddy bear sex scene was downright hilarious though, just like LoF, there's a good mixture of humor here and there, and I enjoyed the scene with Roxy as well.
Can't wait for the next update!

didn't take any pics at that point but i think they had sex after horseriding.

They didn't, this part of the story she compared him with her past lover, and is now finally starting to get over it. At most, the horse nudges her into you at the end of their horse riding, which leads to another kiss. She's starting to finally get over it and open up, I suspect in the next chapter you might finally be able to do the deed, but not yet, she's still healing and it makes sense. Same for Celeste, if things go well with your time spent with her, she will tell you to meet up with her tomorrow (which is presumably next chapter because this chapter ends soon after you go to check out the u4ia building and check back at the hotel before going home).
For that to play, don't you need to get enough points on her quiz? If I recall correctly, she has to count to 4+ points on her fingers when quizzing MC to show any interest. Or am I misremembering? Wasn't it from 0-3 fingers she says she wouldn't be able to do it, which would close off her LI path. If you got 4 or 5 fingers, then she thinks she can get over it and wants to see how things progress.
But you are right, there is no lewd scene outside kisses. I guess looking exactly like her dead ex-husband (twin? clone?) would add a lot of emotional confusion to her.

There is one major cameo for sure, other than Sea/C/Christine, by the LoF cast. For example, when at the mansion getaway, if you answer Sea's phone in her room (during free roam where you pick a bed to sleep in) you can have a conversation with CeCe. CeCe gives some info about what's going on at Lexi's mansion during the pool part from LoF.
Also cameos from games such as Intertwined. There's another one, I always forget the game's name, when doing the hotel work.

this has few oddities like how mc knows to get noomi when fucking sea unless slept in sea's room but that's not possible if slept on other rooms.

Its not during the pool part on LoF, pretty sure its after the LoF story and they are just chilling at Lexi's place again.
Cece and Sea didnt knew each other yet when that happened in LoF or am i wrong?

they were at lexi's but sea wasn't there since after she and had mc talk she next appears as she is leaving to island in the middle of nowhere.
