question for latest update, won't play till tomorrow and I am starting over anyway, just curious about this cause I saw the previews.

Attached is Drifty's workaround bugfix to allow Chapter 2 end screen saves to be used with Chapter 3.None of my saves from the end of Chapter 2 work.
I'll have to start from scratch, it's good to remember all the events and my saves are dated 10th February, almost 9 months ago
Add it to the game folder to replace the existing scripts.rpa file.
A caveat:
With the bugfix installed and after you load a Ch 2 save DO NOT inspect any of the character/LI stats, simply click the continue arrow to start Ch 3 without doing anything else. All the relevant Chs 1 & 2 choices/variables will carry through into Ch 3.
Inspecting the character stats (shown within the blue box of the ch end screen) will result in 1. Corruption of the stats and descriptions shown, and 2. The blue box and the scene and gallery buttons (as displayed in the ch end screen) will stay as persistent overlays while you play Ch 3, obscuring the game renders.
Drifty released the bugfix as a workaround, but it doesn't completely solve the issue yet.
Kind of where I'm at. LoF is a stellar game imo, firmly in my top 5 on this site and was from the start.
This one is just...not. Its completely forgettable and if it were attached to any other dev I'd probably skip by it without a thought.

In this game I realized that having too many beautiful and sexy characters in a game is not a good thing.
I couldn't enjoy the scene because I was thinking 40 times about the bedroom choice. Fun aside, the play ended in such a place that I started to wonder what will happen next.

Wonderful update. I feel like some of the criticism is unfair but then again LOF was really something special - how can you reasonably follow up? It's a bit early in this game to compare them, who knows - maybe in a few years you'll look back on this the same way.
Anyway I loved it, gutted that right now is the longest wait for the next update but oh well. Thanks drifty!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you 100%, and this is one of the reasons I'm now waiting for the Steam version to play this game. Unlike the previous game, where you want to explore different paths and empathize with each girl, this current game kind of discourages you from doing that because of the Sandbox. It would be great if, when he finishes this game, he could create a Visual Novel option, if possible.
Oh I see, thanks. I did in fact got all the rooms correctly, I just thought there would have been one for any LI present there.

I don't think it's possible. Drifty had to code this game completely new from the scratch. I don't see this happening. The sandbox is essential in this game. In my opinion it wasn't a good decision to do this, because like you all said it decreases the motivation of players to do more playthroughs a lot and VN players are playing these kind of games to read and not to "explore". So, I think it's the wrong audience. But to be fair, Drifty heard the critics and already changed some things. After the last update he removed some free roams and don't forget the skill tree we had in v0.1. Unfortunately the removing breaked all my saves and I had never found my motivation to play all the routes again. At the moment I only have two saves, so I'll take the chance and start from the beginning.
I for myself like this game and bought it on Patreon. I think the next version update is at least 10 months away. So I'll play every route time after time. After a playthrough, when my motivation to play all the free roams again is gone, I'll take a cool down from several weeks and play the next route. When the new update comes out I'll be ready with all routes.
Yeah, I fruitlessly searched around during first my play through, thinking all LIs at the Mansion would have a bedroom viewable/available.
