Oh boy, this was a fun week. I had a basic idea of how spending a night with Nyah was going to be, but I let the scenery and chemistry between the MC and Nyah decide what happened. And she's got some fun quirks you haven't seen yet, so hopefully, you'll have as much fun playing it, as I did making it.
All in all, it turned out to be a 200 render 'date' with her - before the real fun starts. Worrying I had gone overboard on the renders, I took a quick comparison with the Lexi sushi/cupcake/fan meet date in LoF, which stopped at 191 renders before the bedroom activities. So, it wasn't as overkill as I had feared.
But it was important to spend a bit of time with her for story reasons, so it's a mandatory scene in all routes, but you can cut it short if you're not really into her (or have made other plans). She's also the first girl who will reject you if you've gotten really close to a certain someone else.
Once again, I had to re-prepare Nyah for the lewd activities, as what I'd made before turned out to have a lot of limitations. In the end, it was a full two-day job to get everything right. As she's the only Genesis9 base model, she's completely different than any of the other girls who use the Genesis8.1 base model that you see in any other game.
But still, I still managed to render 221 story renders and 427 frames of animation, which once again is up there with what I'm able to output in a single week.
And a little semi-transparent preview, because the wrapping is just as important as the gift itself.

Updated my compressed Android port of u4ia with Scrappy's multimod to Ep3.1p.

Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the ports and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

As educated but unofficial guesstimates:



1. Gina - whom Nyah rescued from the u4ia facility at the end of ep 2.

2. Geneva - a fellow lost soul from u4ia

3. Jackie - who has a budding friendship with Nyah.

Those are the only LIs I think Nyah gives a shit about so far.

has the plot progress to anything interesting yet? i played update 2 when it just came out but i got tired of the freeroam and was waiting for more updates to be out before playing again

lots to do like fuck every1 and unlock mysteries and funnies mostly by sea.

11 is just bugfixes.

all of them atm but 2 are on separate paths atm. technically you need separate save for all but don't need it except bosslady and that girl who works at lobby.

i made 3 and some creativity on choices got all scenes.

Another week of steady progress.
I'm working through some lewd scenes, and while they are fun to make, general progress always seems slower on the lewd'er weeks even though the hours put in are the same. Two weeks of animation work can amount to one or two minutes of playtime and doesn't make any headway towards the end of the episode, whereas two weeks of story renders can make me tick several things on my checklist.
An easy way to compare my progress to the release schedule is by tagging each of these dev updates with the current episode number. Since I do a weekly update every Friday, the numbers in parenthesis are easily comparable. As you can see, I'm at around the halfway mark compared to episodes 2 and 3, but by my estimate, I'm past the halfway mark for the content of this episode.

Two of the remaining scenes are the only free-roam of the episode and the actual last (end of the season) scene. Both scenes are decently sized, and I'm looking forward to doing them. Especially the ending, as I can finally reveal a whole lot of things (probably so many things it's borderline information overflow). But it should give you insights into just about everyone in the story and give me lots of meat for the season 2 bone.
Numbers for the week are 139 story renders and 1,280 animated frames done - totaling 1,807 story renders and 14,983 animation frames (or 73 animations) for episode 4 so far.
