Correct, you can have sex with her. How I did it:

* Went to club with Sam and Celeste. I was not romancing either.
* In the first club free roam, go to bar. Click on Jenny/Evangeline and "Focus on the bartender"
* Note that I was friendly with Evangeline but not dating/fucking her. I'm unsure if either of these things truly matter.
* In the second free roam, get a donation pass. I got mine from Evangeline, but you can get any of them. Just don't seduce the other girls and don't visit the glory hole. You need to be horny at the end of the night.
* Give donation pass to Celeste. She goes into the private room to watch Sam.
* In final free roam, return to Jenny and "Tell her she doesn't bore you"
* Go back to the couch and click it to end the free roam.
* Choose the "But I'm horny" option. You already know Jenny is...

You get one short animation (and most of the animation isn't even focused on the sex). That transitions into you sitting on the couch and chatting with Jenny. It's mostly the same result if you picked the first option for finding someone to chat with before going home.

Nah, path length is fine. It's nowhere near the limit. You can literally count the characters.

is there a characters sheets somewhere on what each girl requirements, even the steam's walkthrough mode on it's so confusing sometimes on how to unlock certain LIs galleries scene in the first episode (Synne) no matter what i do, unless this one is connected to one of the two personality trait that i didn't chose at the beginning which means i have to replay the entire 1st episode from the start

I just started at the game and I'm already experiencing FOMO. After arriving on the island, you get a choice to check the yacht (mod says Gina path) or go to the girls, then a next choice wherethe mod says (Teagan or Synne path).
How much do I close off by choosing one of the three? It feels weird, since we don't know the girls, to already choose which path to go on...

somewhat-very, if you choose boat chicks you block teagan path, if you choose teagan boat chicks get mostly blocked (still something later), if you choose lin no synne, etc.
