I did my thing again, keeping the best videos (imo, which is only 2 so far) and interpolating and reencoding them (AV1, 1080p, 60FPS) and normalizing and renaming them.
This results in 2 video files of about 170 MiB.

how you compress video? its very small, When I interpolate and compress the video, the size is only up to the size of the original video.

to recompress the files. It takes a bit of practise finding out when to use which quality level. For files with a lot of details (usually skin, all those little dots and freckles get lost when you reduce the quality) I usually use-c:a copy -c:v libsvtav1 -crf 28 -preset 2
