There are only two good media players on Windows, it's either VLC or MPC

Try MPC, if that doesn't work too then your PC is old and weak

I use MPC-HC(for now 2.5.1 version), and use it about 8 years for sure, i guess some players doesnt seem it cause high bitrate, but idk actually

gotta appreciate his pace of completing new animation when most of the artists I follow struggle to put more than two 2+ min video uber manages to do alot more. one of the best in current animation scene in terms of consistent output.
