When it comes to aliens, the typical formula is to just keep them humanoid and change the skin tone. If you're feeling adventurous, sometimes change the hair or a limb. How exotic you get with the anatomy is really hit and miss and depends a lot on the audience, though changing things internally seems to be fair game.

Personally, I think most of the appeal with aliens comes from them being exotic. While their appearance can be a large part of that, I find that adding some detail to their behaviors / reproduction / beliefs etc. can go a long way.

It was probably a popular theme back when social norms made it rare and subsequently taboo. Nowadays I would wager that a larger majority find it hurtful because it has happened to them or someone they know.

Personally I find the player's PoV of the cheating to be the deal breaker for me. Netorase; totally fine. Netorare; no thanks. The problem is "NTR" is used to describe all of it, which covers a notoriously polarizing range of kinks. I think it's just a shitty tag in general for the simple fact that it's vague, but I have similar gripes about rape/reverse rape so I'll get off my soap box.

Alice fucking other girls will be a very big issue for a lot of vanilla players. Not sure if that is the best decision. The way the story is going, it seems like the MC will have Alice under control so I don't see it being an issue for me. But I will have to wait and see how things play out in game.
