It is but the patch uncensored about half of the 3d models and a 1/3rd of the live2d scenes.
It seems it can be patched though if the previous patch worked this well.

I see. Well good to know there are patches exist to uncensor it but it's still weird to me publisher keeps the full game censored. I get it for demo but It's the full game, people pay to get it, like what's the point of keeping it censored? Anyways, thanks to whoever makes the uncensored patch

That's just plain false. Japanese have strict censorship laws regarding anything pornographic, but just because someone who knows around unity can decensor it on their own PC, doesn't mean DLSite will ban the game for that. As long as the original version is censored, the developer will have no legal issues. I mean regardless of what you think, decensoring is technically "illegal", since you're tinkering with someones copyrighted material.

Also, most developers have started baking in mosaics, some games can't be uncensored using the method used in this game, since the censorship is baked into the files (the genitals are censored even below the mosaic pixel shader)

IV?AV!! remains banned to this day and the dev quit Dlsite as a result

In a recent article, I mentioned that the genitalia part of 『IV?AV!!』 needed to be corrected for the review of ver.1.2.0, but here is a rough description of the contents and the correction policy.

Unity games can dynamically create mosaics with Unity components.
『IV?AV!!』 uses this method, and images that include genitalia are included in the game as they are, but the ver. 1.2.0 review requested "correction of images that are not displayed in the game".

They literally told him that he needed to censor the files which aren't even displayed on their on in the game, i.e. hard bake mosaics, before they would approve it

gtx 950 and fx6300 cpu, Which shouldn't being struggling too run this at all.

Is it a laptop or a desktop? Because, if laptop, it may be running the game in the integrated GPU, and not the dedicated one. PS, a GT650m is weaker even than a GTX 670. It's more comparable to a GTX 460, it can play every ps3/360 game at 1080p 30 fps with low settings. But nothing more.

My GT650m is even worse than what OP has, not even close to that requirements.

Yet the games run 30fps average at lowest settings. OP should run much better than me.
