As mentioned in the developer notes, the game still needs more islands for me to add more poneglyphs, for now there's only 2 main islands, and 1 poneglyph, that's why you have all the robin scenes unlocked after the 1st poneglyph in this version of the game. That will change once I start working on the grandline, so enjoy while it lasts!
I also believe that, for now since theres only 2 islands it feels kinda empty and the east blue will only have 5 main total islands, however, I will make use of other small and bigger islands for small events, and will also have events outside the ship, 1 ex being: You might find Nami doing prostitution on some islands to get the money she needs. I have many things planned for this game, so it will take a bit of time until I implement them.
I know, it will also be optional, and I will make sure to warn the player when it appears.
have you try killing the sea monster while the ship? and recheck the two villages for Nami and Robin.

Are the other cities coming out in the next update. I see them on my map but when I get there. there is nothing but an unnamed unavailable area.
