Check Breast Development percentage under Stats -> Health

Then you can change size under appearance.

its 53.3%. how do increase it? my sissy has accepted all ideas and is on estrogen and anti-androgen

Time... you need to have them take the drugs for some week to expand to their full potential.
Castraiting (aka remove balls) will instantly disable testerone production, but one of the achievements for Sissies demands they are locked up in chastity belts for 500 days (removeing balls will disable chastity belts)

in master mode how ic&n make my sissys use dildos i bought theme i choose them for their dungeons but they dont use them

After fully feminizing a character, they will ask for sex (every few days) if you don't have dildo assigned to their dungeon room.
I don't think there is any other use for dildos yet in master mode.
If you want to increase anal gaping, try butt plugs but afaik they are bugged since 1.2 alpha 3
Sissy mode has more uses for dildos

Check the advanced settings of any loyal sissy.
There should be a "Toys" section which can be used to order them putting in a Dildo that you own.

Oh ya that one, it is also bugged since 1.2 alpha 3
For anyone playing older version it is : Toys -> Owned Toys -> Dildos -> Choose dildo -> Equip

This would be such a good game had it not been for that infuriating 'Click to hold' mechanic where you need to hold a button down.

Why? What purpose does this serve?
