For what compressor u want mass/bulk game compress feature?

I always activate Build MacOS packing back Rpa preventing those bugs
i can move that entire folder to D:/folder/that_game if its better
Yes. But better move UAGC folder to "D:\UAGC_v3.1.3_v24" and game(s) to "D:\games\game_name" too but UAGC short path without spaces is more important. If this not helped then for this game just disable packing back to rpa feature.

problem was that packing pack rpa feature. (and too long data features)

Tried to compress this game: Moonflower Princess Cornelia [v1.10] [HONEYSOFT]

What am I doing wrong?
Can u upload those 0000.vbs file since error refers not to missing file itself but to line 2539 inside vbs where should be stored original and renamad file path. But I suspect that culpit is "★セーブデータ移行方法.txt" file (specifically ★ in file name) in root of the game folder so try just to delete those file before compression or rename it to something like readme.txt.

As I've suspected initially (and thats why asked about it in first place) problem/bug is not in pack back 2 rpa feature itself but in "build MacOS before packing back to rpa" so I advice don't use it until/if I would fix it.

These files are missing. As I understand, these are temporary files that are created only during decoding?

Yes, it created only when game is compressing (and deletes after) and non-latin fix (auto) activated, so when u see error, don't press ok, just go to folder which mentioned in error, pack those 0000 vbs to 7z and upload it here. Maybe error even would not happen if u delete file that I've mentioned since I have flashbacks about similar error before where culpit was also txt file with star in its name.

I removed the star from the file name, checking it. But this will take a long time: for some reason, this particular game compresses very strangely: the first ~1800 files compress at about 50 per second, after which CPU usage drops to 7% and compression goes at 5 files per second, the PC does not slow down and I cannot find the processes responsible for compression, maybe there is just one and it constantly appears/disappears.

P.S. Yes, after renaming the file, the error disappeared.

Coz this game have apng files which compresses much slower than not animated png images (process should be pingo.exe).

For example, when there is a difference in the number of files, it would be helpful to know exactly which file is missing, or when some images/videos are skipped because the compressed file is larger than the original: strangely enough, this happens quite often, but mostly with very small images or short videos of 1–3 frames (yes, there are games with videos of just one frame, why this is done—I don’t know), or when for some reason zerobites or other corrupted images/videos are created, it would be helpful to be able to check the compressed versions for such files. In general, it would be nice to have some control over errors, instead of blindly searching through folders.

It's possible, I'll make detailed logging to log file for RenPy compressor some time later, maybe till the end of this month.

Since some game developers making of RPGM MV/MZ engine those resolutions too big that compressions would be half ignored. (yes some of compressions does its works, but yea those resolutions its so questionable)

Thanks for much detailed info but its mostly useless :), RenPy game engine (v7.4.6) don't supports avif/AV1 but u post (SVT-)AV1 video encoder settings and talking about nconvert + avif, but u right about 1 thing that ur GPU don't supports av1_nvenc. But anyway u didn't enabled "auto dowscale video" feature or set at least Video width (that is not needed if auto mode activated) so I dunno what result u expecting in this case since for me u got what u "bought". Btw images downscale wouldn't work with process limited tools, its not revelant to ur question but gonna let u know anyway.

Yea i know its doesn´t support that renpy. Thats why its were limited

yea there is button img downscale, but talking about Downscale videos
All Ok after using auto video downscale at ur video. Btw don't set video bitrate for Constant quality mode (left 0 as it was for default) since it would make video size bigger than it should especially with such high bitrate as urs.
Upd: btw maybe u donored that video (according ur settings screenshot) and that why it was not downscaled!

This game would be much smaller if a few repeating frames were looped only once in each video, instead of 10 times.
And also strangely: despite the fact that I have set the video quality to minimum when compressing, about 90% of the original video files end up being smaller than their compressed versions.

U didn't set video quality to minimum in proper way, to make it u must raise CRF value to 50 for example, I've tired to explain u before that ffmpeg speed would degrade video quality not by cost of file size as it will done when changing CRF value but by cost of processing speed and video size would be even larger than when use default speed 3 because when u set it to 6 u disabled all quality and size encoder optimizations. Thats last time I gonna talk about ffmpeg speed with u.

And if they are enabled, for some reason it skips video files, leaving the original versions, even if they are larger than the compressed ones. Are there any exceptions ? (install at UAGC v3.1.3 v24 final or newer):
For main RenPy compressor (main, not bulk) changed media files processing logic to support RAM drives (tested with SoftPerfect RAM disk) so now UAGC shouldn't process same files (at RAM disk) several times. Currently highly experimental! Removed "build MacOS before packing back to rpa" feature because it was "born dead" (wasn't working) and since games where it really needed less 0.1% I don't gonna try to fix it since it would need tons of time because very complicated.
