• Watch to view David x Holly scene
• Joining will unlock Holly some scenes sooner
• Stopping them or leaving will unlock some Jeni scenes sooner
If Join Holly and David talk to Jeni in her room 4+ times to unlock her scenes in her room and shower.
If Stopped Holly and David you will need to convince Dizzy to be with David.
Carl x Jeni bedroom
• Do the dishes
• Dont steal Jeni's panties (sleep instead)
• Stop the Holly and David when you get to the scene.
• Tell Jeni you are Horny.
or
• Talk to Jeni at least 4 times in her room.
• Tell Jeni you are Horny.
Carl x Holly bedroom
• Do the dishes
• Join Holly and David when you get to the scene.

unlock by favoring Holly (Carl x Holly) and visiting David's room without or before setting him up with Dizzy.
Otherwise a scene will play with Jeni in his room refusing to do anything with him.
David x Dizzy
Convince Dizzy to hook up with David when you meet her outside. Select the option to watch.
Carl x Holly bedroom
Set David up with Dizzy and visit Holly's room and tell her you are horny.
Carl x Leyah mall game area
Visit the mall Game area, successfully complete Leyah's interview. Select the option to try to get laid.
Carl x Pattie mall hallway
Visit the mall Hallway area for the second time, successfully complete Pattie's interview. Select the option to try to get laid.
Carl x Roise mall kiosk
Visit the kiosk and come clean to Roise
ask for stress relief
Carl x Zytra x Ace mall bar
visit the game area after interviewing Leyah to meet Zytra
visit the bar and help Ace
Carl x Alma mall movie
Hit on Alma everytime
remind Alma she has a meeting planned right now
Tom x Alma mall movie
don't hit on Alma everytime

Dizzy Selfie pic is unlocked by talking to David after hooking him up with Dizzy.
• Added Alma x Carl H scene (2 animations) in her apartment.
unlocked after sleeping/time passing in Carl's room after the Alma x Tom X Carl scene.
You will get a notification "Alma is rested." Then you can go back to her apartment and get to it from her room menu.
Alma animation is prevented if you viewed the Holly H scene below first.

this is unlocked after interviewing Stacy if you got Holly to "retire" from Max.
This is also prevented if you viewed the aforementioned Alma scene first.

Carl will need an investor also to progress. currently either Albert or Ace.
Carl will also need to have interviewed all 4 girls to progress the scene further
Carl needs to sleep in his room twice for Mira to finish the Cafe outfits.
If Carl prevented Holly x Scene a Holly x Mira x Carl scene is possible after finishing cafe outfits.
If Carl Prevented Alma x Tom scene and advanced Alma quest a bit, and Alma Violet Carl H scene is available starting from the Bar.
If Carl failed to stop Holly H scene with Max, and also Failed to stop Alma H scene with Tom, then a Mira H scene will be available
also an additional H animation will appear in her store Menu.
This is basically Mira's story/romance route
redid the scene with Carl asking for the panty from Jeni.
I think you should still be able to steal them if she isn't there.
Maybe pastime needs to be active. It's not tested.
Or you can wait for her to go back home after interviewing her.
