Instinct Unleashed still remains one of my favorite games. So I'm super stoked about Kind Nightmares new game! Not only wonderful futa/trans stuff but a heavy focus on polyamory! I'm in heaven. As someone who is poly I'm shocked at how little poly content gets put into games focused around multiple partners so anytime there's proper poly representation I'm a happy camper. Thank you for all the excellent work!

Really enjoyed this initial prologue.

Its a good little set up for the story, giving a small drop of intrigue about other vampires, and it does a good job showing Rhiannon's character. I love just how unfazed she is about everything, not because she doesn't care, but like everything and everyone truly is beneath her. Yet she's bored and likes to garden to burn time lol Then during the sex scene, we get to see her start to feel something, giving us a bit of a hint of what her character arc will presumably be.

In Instinct Unleashed, the MC had to learn to trust others and not just be a lone wolf. Here it seems Rhiannon will get in tune with the emotions she has long locked away, whatever they may be.

Speaking of Instinct Unleashed, big step up with the model quality! Looking great so far!

As for the choices, I like the types we have right now. I feel like those are perfectly fine in terms of stats to have, and we probably don't need many more. Feel like some games really bog themselves down by having dozens of stats to keep up with.
Not making them "Good, Neutral, Bad" makes them a lot more interesting, and makes me want to choose based on the situation and character, and not just "I want to be good vampire" "I want to be bad vampire." The moral grey area of the choices and setting definitely give those Witcher vibes.

So yeah, looking forward to updates to come!

Well, that was fun, but after two different playthroughs and not seeing any of the hot stuff promised in the tags, let alone Rhiannon's futa cock, I think I'm gonna have to wait for a walkthrough mod.

There is only one sex scene but its pretty easy to get if you did two playthroughs and missed it that might be a skill issue.
As far as i know all you gotta do is kill the shopkeepers husband

Oh, thanks. I can't work out what these leaf and moon points do. They don't seem to relate to, say, decency/corruption, no sex/sex, but I'm probably wrong about that too.

There is no corruption as such, it's pretty much life and dark. The leaf choices will allow her to open up more with the emotions she's locked down over the centuries and moon points will make her more prone to casual kill anyone that attacks her, annoys her, looks in her general direction or exists.

She still kills people with the leaf choices, she isn't suddenly going to start caring about everyones wellbeing. It's just she kills them in a nicer way. Polite homicide.

Sex isn't tied to those but how you deal with the people. The only way to get the sex scene in the prologue is to turn down the florists request to make a potion and kill him yourself. She'll thank you by showing her devotion to her new mistress.

We don't know what our actions will impact yet and how far along these first choices will influence the story.

We don't know what the right choice is yet.

It was much the same as the previous game. Consequences of choices didn't happen until near the end of the game.
So a butterfly choice. Damn, while playing the game, I feel like

Does anyone know what link symbol in choices mean? Leaf and moon is understandable. But what does weight balance and link symbols mean?

the balance has a little green dot on one side and a purple one on the other so I'll let you guess what that mean. As for the chain I'll give you an other clue, there is an other chain right here in the post box, what does it represent, what can that represent in the game that would be comparable? With all that said I have a question, are you using google translate to read this forum and are you skipping reading in the game because those symboles when you put them right next to the statement they are linked with it becomes quite obvious what they are meant to represent. There are no cryptics messages here in them.

Concerning the choices we make in this game, from what I understood, unlike in instinct unleashed here there is no right or wrong choice. For example in the prologue if we kill the husband directly we get to fuck the shop girl and she devotes herself to us, but there is an investigator roaming around now. An investigator that could be on our heels quite fast if we are not careful and we start to kill left and right. Beside if we give her the poison, his death might be brushed off as natural if he has time to reach the bed and lay in it before his last breath and she might give herself to us at that point. Getting the girl might not be without consequences. I suspect that sticking to life or darkness choice blindly will not get the player to the best ending in this one, asking the players to think about their actions before committing to them. And since the game is meant to be a darker themed one the best actions might be the ones that benefit Rhiannon the most instead of the most ethical or moral ones.

Great, I didn't know a prologue was already available, but I'd better wait for chapter one for more pleasure. :WeSmart:

Okay so the Inquisitor :

I haven't played it yet, but if it's like IU, the right choice will always be V for violence. :WeSmart:

I literally went psycho-killer on IU and had the best ending. :LUL:

Chapter 1 - Devlog. #1

Hey everyone!

I’m back with regular progress updates on the development of the game.
First of all, I want to thank all of you for the feedback and impressions you shared after the prologue. Your comments helped me understand what went wrong and how to make things better going forward. The prologue was received very warmly, and that really means a lot to me. Thank you so much for that!

These last three weeks I didn’t take a break. Instead, I’ve been working on the script for Chapter 1, and I actually finished it just yesterday. I guess I just don’t know how to rest.
The script turned out huge, probably the biggest I’ve written so far. I’ll still tweak a few things during rendering, but overall I’m already happy with the result.

This chapter is shaping up to be big and packed with events. Without going into spoilers, you’ll face your first losses, the consequences of your choices from the prologue, and you’ll meet several new characters who might stay with you for a long time.

As always, thank you for your support!
