In the latest version Under the Witch: Beginnings v1.6 you have to choose from the main menu "episode 0".

Make sure you're using the v5.1(not v6.1) uncensor patch for v1.6 build.

This is wrong, you have to use the v6.1 uncensor patch and it works perfectly.

The game had to be taken off patreon cause the 3rd girl being added is a loli. He's actually making way more money after moving it to DLSite but since its 1 time sale he cant just coast off monthly installments. Meaning he will have to finish the game for his own financial stability. So I can say with certainty the game will be finished.

Nope, not in my case, it's just a black screen with v6.1 uncensor patch.
Edit: It seems they updated the uncensor patch, the original v6.1 wasn't working but after downloading it again, it works so, my point still stands if you've got the original uncensor patch sets.

frankly, it not trash...just questionable motif? i don't understand why they implemented sandbox world while there's basically no contents to explore. the result is waste of material. if they done something like active role play like Persona 5 striker or final fantasy 7 remake. you can control character to do active combat then 3d will make sense. or at least give a reasonable explore contents like farming monsters or doing side quests interacting with npc...etc. but none of that. and it waste all the effort they been doing and everything it done is just gather a bunch of data to increase game size.

nah, he just start... and the story still nowhere to "near complete" and the reason why is he going "Sandbox" still up in the sky. we still don't have the real reason why MC had to fight witches (note that his sister is stronger than him as story process so why father choose him?) and secondly, he not doing the whole game, instead he seperate them into chapter. and he could choose to sell them as chapter and still gain profit but that only happen if he can still provide quality works.
