The best part is, those more petite characters are probably going to still be taller than the MC.

You're making some REALLY big assumptions with what the creator had in mind over what was effectively an early version with only 3 characters here pal. Thats why the game is no longer gonna be supported via Patreon and was moved to DLSite, cause he is adding a loli. And no, loli doesnt mean children specifically. I think a good solution would be to add a switch for body size proportion in that tab where you can customize their clothes and stuff... idk if that'd be a lot of work... but damn... Herba would look way nicer after a little diet...
