Which version are you playing? What are your system specs? Which OS do you run? Can you run other UE4 games?

Not yet. I didn't find a way to unlock such a scene even though I can fight Veera pretty easily now (Level 9).

Just grind. By level 5 you should have a shot, by level 8 you'll win easily.

I think they/he/she are new in this kind of games so there shouldn't be any previous work to compare, if anyone knows something more let us know too. I heard about some scenes involving tits coming with the next version.

Because pissing on someone is nasty? He probably just decided he didn't want to do that after he made it an option.

I'd assume that as well. It's one of the more offensive options, so it's quite likely that they decided to hold off on it until they have more normal bases covered already. Whatever gets added early on sets expectations for later content.
