The game wouldn't be where it is without our patreon support. We are fully justified in feeling betrayed, because we helped him get to where he is and now he abandoned us for dl site money. It's the principle of it, not the number of scenes. Also, he said from here on out everything will be censored he makes. Many of us patrons are global, and are not interested in censored art. We wouldn't have supported in the first place for a censored game.

I understood, just now I read what he has written in Patreon, it is of course very sad that now the game will always be censored and the author will no longer publish the alpha version of the game, it turns out that he has reached the level when he no longer needs monthly income so much from patreon and now it will just make the whole game and sell it, apparently he relies on sites like dslite, well, we are waiting for the second episode of the game in a year, with a price tag of $ 150

yes, yes it would - the game averages 21k in patreon support a month

if 2/3rd of the people unsubbed it would still net anywhere from 5-7k
its not like that extra 14k was contributing anything to the progress of the game

edit : I feel like sayin somthin in his defence, if I submitted a game to steam and got accused of it depicting underage characters id probably have a panic attack at the implication patreon and other sites might consider the same thing and shut the entire game down, and id censor and the game too imo
even if the character isnt underage the accusation alone is enough to probably startle most people

You suck at being devil's advocate. We supported him since the beggining, I did since Dealer's first alpha, so yes he would not be here without us, without our help. We don't know if Steam accused him of underage characters because for some reason the guy decided to be an asshole this week and keep his fucking mouth shut.

its like a subscription to a pornsite, you pay your 2$-10$ to support the creator in hopes of getting some fap material and entertainment for the month

There wouldn't be any game without us. He wouldn't have had the support to keep going at the beginning. You mentioned how much he makes so it wouldn't matter if some left - he started making $0.00. We helped fund him at the beginning, and when he no longer needs us he cuts us loose. Don't defend his actions.

I think this is the best course of action. Sell censored version on dlsite etc., then Patreon subs get a patch that uncensored the game that they purchased on dlsite. This way, he doesn't need to upload a whole uncensored game on Patreon. Downside, you need to purchase the game on top of being a Patreon.

Maybe the DLsite is retric that if he want to make distribution on their platform they demand that you can't distribute uncensored on the other site or something now? If this is the case then cursed on Steam for rejected his game LMAO.

There’s plans to release it on ITCH.IO but you’ll probably have to pay for that and it’ll probably be censored too. He apologized to his fans about the shift, but if someone really wants an uncensored patch they could probably make it by themselves, like many have before on this forum.

wtf, is like he sold his soul to a new DL site for money profit. You see greedy people shows no respect to fans only for money (unless you need food, drinks and ranting bill, and more resource to upgrade the engine) he is doomed to his own games if he refuse to elaborate further.
