From what I saw the latest versions are 1.6 from dlsite and 6.1 from itch.io. I think they're the same? 1.6 is from the original creator and the 6.1 is from a "publisher" of sorts (from the looks of it -- looks official). The itch.io page also says that the latest version has both chapters in one.

But then the changelog is also different for both and the uncensor patch for itch.io's v2.1 works for dlsite's v1.5 so can't tell for sure at this point.
