Not quite. It's a one of a kind as far as quality and attention to detail as far as I know.
Some other title that may interest you may be:

Vortexgames - actually a creator, but you'll find him on here, "Wrestling Girls Urban Backstreets" is my favorite from him.
Heroine Rumble 2
Ultimate fighting girl (5 games) "2" is the newest
Girl beats hero (2 games plus a mini "3rd" game)
Kinky fight club
Scuffed Rumble
games by creator "Excess M"
Harem trigger - Odea Trigger (FPS, shoot their clothes off or get grappled, smothered, etc.)
Perfectgirls is a 3d fighter/wrestling game, it's a bit buggy though and has some odd artwork.

Seems like a great thing to me. As a dude with a healthy bmi. I don't find woman that are fat/obese to be beautiful or attractive looking at all.
