For me the issue was that I triggered the bully scene after chastisement II so I think it overwrote the trigger for chastisement III. I had to start a new game and i was able to trigger it

Seem that the first version released have some bug, so he made an hotfix

Usually, I'd like to hate on toilet fans, but this scene was kinda hot. Also, he didn't eat it... he just took it into his mouth and on his face, but he did not swallow. If the dev would only get rid of the pathetic ugly male voice, then this would be the absolute peak game.
