This was one of the weaker updates in general for Kuro, and I don't even mind scat/farting scenes. I hope no one on patreon snitches. NumericGazer is going out of his way to put every possible fetish in his game it seems. Who knows how unhinged this game is going to get...
If he loses patreon he's losing upwards of 20k~ USD a month. Considering he's already had all the voice lines recorded I assume he won't change his roadmap/content much at all.
This update will filter quite a lot of people.

I know this series is geared towards Femdom, but I would like to see some scenes where we can give the witch her "deserved" punishment. Also, there are already a lot of foot scenes, if we want to be fetishistic there are armpits, knees, etc. A little more variety and more rebellion on the part of the hero wouldn't be bad.

Wrong game. Most paying patreons don't want to see that, you're better off following an entirely new game if maledom is all you want because it's just not what most are following this game for, nor does developer promote that this is ever going to be a thing.

I think the site has taken a different approach on this stuff, many games even have the tags in them but they are still up. I remember a few years back they were very strict about it, now i guess you can somewhat post it.
