Some IP's won't work sometimes, if you have a VPN just switch countries till you get one to work.

It didn't work for me either.
So, with "UnRen-v1.0.10b" option 1, extract the images.
To locate the bonus images, see their endings:

a lot of scenes and interactions from the orignal were removed . example nora and mc bumping into each other naked or nora listning to mc having sex.

The original Episode 1 had sex scenes for the sake of having sex scenes. The remastered Episode 1 refocuses the narrative on Nora and MC’s plight having to pretend to be couple when they’re actually siblings. I think the biggest difference is how MC comes off in both versions. He seems almost forced to play along in the original while he makes the decision to pretend to be Nora’s husband himself in the redo. MC seems much more considerate of Nora’s feelings in the newer version. The random moments of Nora listening in to sex, or running into MC when they’re both naked have been removed, probably to make the relationship progression more natural.

I agree with this part. Nora's model didn't really need to be changed.

However, I do think giving the plot line a bit of a refinement was appreciated, and the changes made were for the better. The sex scenes in the original release were there for the sake of having sex scenes.

New version has a more natural progression between Nora and MC mainly.

Totally agree with all of this. I don't mind the new look for Nora, but I wouldn't say there was anything wrong with the old look either. The narrative changes were better though, even if it means fewer sex scenes and fewer girls - they would never have been the focus of the game anyway.
