This game was too good to be abandoned. It had incredible renders, animations, and kinky scenes. The creator also knew their shaders and lighting well, probably one of the best looking KK games out there. Glad it's getting an opportunity at revival.

I agree that it sucks that the FMC scenes can't be avoided, and that the MMC can't have sex and a romantic relationship with the FMC. That would definitely improve the game.

That's a matter of taste. I loved the game and, while I found it odd that you can't bang your sister in a hentai game where she's a succubus or something (I forgot the details), I really don't mind that herself or the other love interests fuck around.

Just wanted to say massive respect to the fans who picked it up and want to continue with this! It's not every day that you see this happen (at least I don't) and I wish there were more fan projects like this. Impressive renders and animations judging by the scenes from the first page it just shows that this creation was something special. Sadly I didn't get to play it because I am the "People bitching about the male MC not being able to fuck every warm hole in his vicinity" type of person and it honestly sucks being limited like that because this might become one of my favorites but can't really help myself. But I'm happy for you fans and good luck to the Devs!

No it couldn't, the original creator of this project would not be able to copyright it to begin with, all of these assets are being used without permission from the actual creator of the game Koikatsu. It's never happened but if one day they decided to persue legal action then every single koitaksu AVN game on patreon would have to delete their work or go to court. Same thing for games using Honey Select 1 and 2. Not sure about Daz, but it's probably the same if I had to guess.

DAZ is specifically made for people to use their models to create animations and things, but you can't redistribute their models. You buy DAZ Female Gen 8 for like $200, and it's yours to use however, as long as you don't redistribute it. It's kinda like if Unreal and Unreal Marketplace was the same platform, but it was more like Autodesk Maya or Blender.

Illusion is gone, but someone still holds the IP. Bottom line is no, it's not a "literal crime" to take this project and do whatever you want with it. Is it nice to take someone else's AVN and remake it, no, but it's not a crime. My original comment was just poking fun at the "literal crime" comment, didn't think I'd have to say the obvious.

I'm the current creator of unexpected and due to the comments I answer some questions.
If you have any more questions, you can right away!
1. Is that illegal what we do?
Simply. No. I wrote a lot with the previous creator and they seemed happy that Fans don't wanted the game to die, so they gave us fully approvement and support.
2. Do this game follow the previous one as a sequel?
Yea, we started there, where the previous creator left.
3. Do you need to play the Original game first?
The Update on this site contains all the content from the Original game, it's enough to download this one.
4. Do we actually have the skills for a Game with so well made Visuals and Animation?
I also work with Koikatsu several years and are confident with my Skills. But If the game is actually equal good is only for you to decide.
5. How much content is new?

As for the Update 0.6, it was just a test update if everything goes well and to get first feedbacks from the community, so it's kinda short.
It contains:
3 new character Events for Saki, Jun, Ame.
For update 0.7, it's way bigger with 10.000 words+.
It contains:
2 Main Events for Ayumu, 2 Side Events for Nemu and 2 new Character!

6. Will there be incest or will you be able to fuck every character?
For the near future, there won't be incest, because it wouldn't make sence with the story flow.
Maybe there will be in the late future, but that will be decidet with a community poll than when it comes to this point.
But Yea, there will be H scenes for every Character you can interact with.
