Every time the game try to launch a video a crash happenend do you have a solution?

The folder "Player_QSP" could have a defective QSP player.

1. Delete the "Player_QSP" folder in the game folder.

2. Unzip the "Player_QSP.zip" and paste the "Player_QSP" folder into the game folder.

Edit: You don't need this player anymore with version 1.2.0.4
Only for older versions where the player did not work.

There was a small patch from 1.2.0.0 to 1.2.0.4

1.2.0.4 Fixed: Problem with the loop that can not be left when Noelle comes to visit while we watch TV.

Give "Baskerville" - without the quotation marks - a try and see if that works.
