So, even reading thru all 5 pages i still dont get it what's the pregnancy conditions, even tho in both gamepics and tags its present.
Anyone figured out ?
EDIT: ok, figured it out. Let the guard have a go with you. After he completely finishes with huge load - succeed in check and get Fertilized status effect. Hiding among slaves and succeed the first check also works.
I think that MAYBE you also need 100 V.Sensivity and high arousal for it to apply but i dunno.

Also tried to load the game without having one?)
After that I got a not unknown work of art painting...
Terribly sorry to bother- I've been looking into these tools for the past 2 hours and I *think* I did it the way you mentioned but I got a funny result... Could you help explain this to me like I'm retarded?
Edit: I've also tried deleting the SW_Decensor_il2cpp.ini and re-importing SW_Decensor_il2cpp.dll files to restore defaults and that didn't work either, I'm stumped at how this thing actually works :/
