You can find a witch in the dungeon who teaches you spells, however you need to pay for it so make sure to always have at least 100 Gold on you (for the cheap fire ball spell). For me she was hidden behind an illusory wall, which I only found because way finding was bugging out. Also at least in my game it disappeared the next time I entered the dungeon.
Edit: You can also buy a Bamboo Broom at the weapon store to use the fire spell. They also sell a club for faith builds.

Am I crazy or is every erotic scene in this game way too zoomed in? Like its so up close, it makes it seem not as passionate. I really wished more scenes were zoomed out more.
