U can cheat by spamming the potion of testicle smth then go to dungeon, it should trigger.

Might be a potential bug, but my pharmacology levels don't carry over to rebirth where you keep everything. Might be difficult to run through the game's bosses with low pharmacology level so if anyone knows how to fix this bug please let me know.

How do I remove the iron shackles? I've explored the map a lot and looked for NPCs, but haven't found anything.

hey I might of figured something out here, so we only get a limited of 2 bombs per run, therefore when you get to lvl 4 where you have to choose between attack and defence gear for the final battle you choose one, but then because you can make the pure ether seeds, you can then start a new game with everything stats included and do everything again but choose the other option. thus It makes it so that you have to do multiple runs, but hey I always miss something in the swamp village so yeah. its tedious but kind of fun. Thats my theory on the seeds and the option of starting over, the only thing I dont know is how to get the portion level scrolls reset.
If you're talking about the bad status (appears in combat) then just use items like homoculus to remove it. If you mean the red title I have, there is no way the remove it using ingame logic.
It also stated in the game that there is no way to remove this either. Just go to the library on the east of the first floor, you will find a book talking about this.
God I really want to buy this game on dlsite, fuck the whole paypal thing cause thats my only way of buying hgame.

guys... i messed up. My gameplay is so broken beyond repair.
So there's three things i want to do before:
1.Exploring out the fifth layer, which now i have opened the south entrance that connected to the mines
2. killing that granny at the hegui/fanatic village
3. go to sleep in one of the house at the maiden village
foolish of me, i went to the maiden village first, took a sleep, men about to rape me, somehow saimon is the one that helped me, and now the gate is shut and i can't get out. Fighting the tentacle monster at the maiden village is my only way, until... i remember i still have otto's potion in my inventory soi drink it, and boom i'm back at the church. Unfortunately i cannot go back to the maiden village beacuse i think it is now softlocked of me need to do the rituals and saimon is also stuck there lmao.
So i ask you guys, is there any possible ending that i could get from exploring fifth layer or anything else because i'm definitely want to play NG+ or should i just leave the city and choose make a new life?

Yup, I did try that but it doesn't solve the hostility of NPCs against you. Had to manually do some dark magic with devtool to make the NPC normal again.
There is an event in the game file help resolve the hostility of NPC against you but I can't find out how to trigger it using a more ethical way (no devtool).
The fastest way to get an ending is by leaving the city and you can get NG+ from that. Fifth layer only gives item for some of the maiden village endings, otherwise there is no ending trigger.
