i think the noble Kid, AI, Max and Simon suppose to be Main love interest. but i didn't choose the romance path so idk the old guide said you can have sex with Simon (condom) since i messed the last part of the quest due to impure seed quest he didn't spawn. the noble kid at the near end of the quest confess his love to you with a ring. so you can either accept it or reject.

I a;ready clear Al,Max now i'm ding Simon//and that noble kid where to start his quest? the only noble kid I met is that brat that our girl work as his maid

not that kid, the one where you first met at second floor of the Hub when you talk to him he drop the sealed letter and you need to delivery that letter to him in the nearby room next to the jail. so you can start his quest

i'm sure they want the game to be like Fear and hunger and Dark souls. where there was never any explain on where should you go or do. only with many replay you found optimized path for story and do all of the quest.
to be fair if there weren't a thousand videos on Darksoul, FAH guide. you probably in a confused mess and just go with your guts
