you need finished quest from the man on deep prison, give him good wine from casino and he telling you about bar in the sewer, then he leaving the prison, and you can find him on the sewer bar, for going this bar you need wait during at night.. because the bar only opened night, and now you can going in, talk to the bartender npc and he can delete you iron shackles

Did you get his event at the bath first ? If yes, then I don't know what it is. I kind of get it with negociation after I meet him at the bath and I don't think I did anything else.

This game has so many pathways, I feel a video walkthrough is needed.
I'm hours into the game and still have no idea how to open this shit.
Anyway, I think the game works better as a game than a h-game. The dungeon is huge and rewards exploration. You can build your character into a variety of ways and will feel the difference. You can approach npcs in different ways and feel the difference. I'm playing as a mage and when I reached 90 int the witch on level 1 of the dungeon challenged me to a duel. Won and got the archmage title. Pretty cool. Only a shame the billboard jobs are dogshit. Even if you reach level 5 and are rolling the best stats and equipment the jobs will still be to kill shit on level 1 of the dungeon and scrubbing floors.
But the h content suck dick, in a bad way. Not only is most of it OUTSIDE the dungeon, the core thing of the game, but it's also grotesque. Mutated dicks, vomiting, pissing, prolapsed anuses (for no good reason), just ew.
