Does anyone know if the devs (Unit 03) used to be called something else?
They're obviously experienced professionals and it sounds like there was a lot of hype for this game even before its release which clearly came from somewhere.

yeah, it's not permament. many things in this game is like futa thing - small content, but cool that it's even in the game.

you need perfect job(save scum for that, some messages confusing as fuck) if you want to work in vip area
If you guys are using MTOOL, blasting bomb is #428 in items. If you don't use that go to:
You must be registered to see the links
, upload items.json from the data folder of the game and then ur save. Go to items or just CTRL+F and search for blast bomb, click the green number next to it and put however many you want. Then download the edited save from the website and paste it into the saves folder of ur game.

You need to take a loan at the loanshark office, the go sleep, the guy that comes to get the money tells you to go to the red light district, the "mole" is in the vip area of the casino.

I know some are meant to be ambiguous, so the player have to solve it by pay attention to game details.
But quite a lot of the TL of this portion is missing the mark, making it even more confusing, even more so with the inconsistency.

Regarding max level and leveling: max level is stored in variable 271. Here's the problem though - it gets dynamically rewritten. Say you change the max level via variable 271 to 999. The moment you open the level up menu, it gets rewritten back to 200 max level. And I can't seem to find what code is accessing v[271], so good luck if someone figures that out.
On the other side, there's an item called 'Ether Vessel' that you can cheat in to increase your max level. Problem is, it doesn't seem to work. I spawned 99 Ether Vessels (item ID 84) but the level cap stayed the same. I have no idea how this spaghetti works.
Edit: Forgot to add. Leveling up is done not via actual JS code, but via in map events. Specifically there are two level up spots. Map 40 and Map 68, so maybe it is possible to edit out v[271] check so it levels up past 200 limit? But there is also problem of ether cost scaling. Scaling cost is stored in v[68] and is dynamically written. And freezing variable via MTOOL doesn't work either, cost keeps scaling. So perhaps other variable is responsible for it.
