Here is an example of what works, at least for me everything works fine without any problems
For people ask where is the Fragant Amaryllis is. It's in the OZ cathedral. you need to find the Chapel key in that area and head to the main room of that area, and speak to the Knight Randell and he will give you the Fragant Amaryllis after that you just 4 purified seeds and speak to Nel.

it's in OZ cathedral you can either go from the entrance from the Galad castle layer or layer 3. you will need to defeat the boss to get the recipe

had the same thing going on, i updated this to the recent patch the only first 2 scene works the rest broken
here the Glada entrance and layer 3 Entrance PS. if you didn't use the bomb for hole at the Courtyard with the water way it's impossible to get the second idol to open the door. maybe there is a way idk yet
