You can cure it doing by using Impure Seed in the academy questline

Bottom right barn that's being guarded by villagers. Use dry grass to start a fire in the fireplace there. You can get the dry grass by feeding a rotten sausage to the pig in the swamp town. You can buy the sausage from the shop in the swamp town.

After you've started the fire you need to rest and Amanda will be drawn away.

Invisibility potions also work. As does killing Amanda.

After you sleep all keyholes are repaired and can be picked again. I'd recommend using actual lockpicks to avoid this.

Yeah, on Floor 3 in the abandoned village there's a horse enemy that has a combat sex scene.

That's on the map just outside of the swamp village.

Starting at the teleporter on floor 2, head up the stairs to the northeast.

Head west across the bridge and then where the broken southern bridge is, head through the poison swamp to the other side, then continue south.

On the next map follow the wooden path east, picklock the door, and you've arrived at the tree.
