It should work across all game versions, provided it’s installed correctly.
This has nothing to do with my mod. Download the game from this thread and make sure it’s properly updated (use GameUpdate.bat). My mod cannot and does not revert your game to an older version.

I have a question about the witch that you have to kill in order to find Oscar and save Lea, how is it even possible to kill her through 3k hp? Do I have to be even more overleveled or are is it easier on magic/prayer? Also, I got the bad ending already but would killing the witch change anything at this point or is Lea stuck in the village now?

When Cursed, the shrinemaiden enemies either can't do anything or can only use crappy low-power melee attacks. You can inflict Cursed status with an ability proc% or a certain craftable throwing dart.
Lea is time-based (days not realtime) if she's brainwashed it's GGs go try again on a Newgame.

I've really enjoyed this game, but I'm starting to get really pissed off. I'm stuck on the second floor because I have no clue where I'm going or where I'm supposed to go. I've gotten three out of four of the sealing stones, but I can't find the fourth.

In the bar at night, on the lower left there sits a guy with a speech bubble. Play the coin game and choose the "this is boring" talking option. You will have to lose your weapon to him to unlock this.

It is not next to the slots, It is behind the roulette table. There is another bunny right next to it.
Play the coin game with the buy at the bar at night. If you choose "This is boring", he will raise the stakes, and you might get that

The order is this in the 2° floor
Update your equipment. Get the best also for your character in the little shelter when you'll get the VIP card.
Go to the bottow of that map until you reach the section of the south of other map.
In the map you have entered. Go to find the recipe that would give you invisibility that is located near the east southeast part of that map. Be prepare there is a some kind poisonous monster "caring" that recipe.
Next WITHOUT EVEN ENTER THE VILLAGE OF THE FANATICS, so don't go there for the moment. Because if you enter that place or eat the rotten sausage the EVENT to rescue Oscar and Lea will start to trigger
Next "empathize" will bastard Ned. That is below the door of the next level, until he'll be "fuck buddy" with your MC. Those are 4 or 5 events. That bastard would activite at least 2 of those "torches". But be careful your MC will have to fuck and return to the main village in the game. I don't remember is you "discover" before he's ploting agaisnt you there were no more "porn events". So is better is you tap to return and don't explore during that time. But once you complete all of those events you can face that mf ( it's better if he actives the most difficult "torches").
So, if you did all of this you'll get 3 of those " torches" active and you only will have to conquer the last one... and defeat the gray "witch" . Doesn't matter if you kill her. I've read she's strong and inmortal( she'll revive later in that village even if you kill her).
In that "demented" village it's better if you update your equipments "talk" with Lea and NEVER eat the dish the " gray witch" will offer. You can be there 3 days or just buy one Rotten Sausage in the village and give that to the pig in some of those houses. Next go to the southeast part of that village ,and there is a house and you have to put the "paper" that pig give you in exchange of the rotten sausage. Next take a nap. And rescue Oscar that is in the shelter of that " gray crazy witch".

I'm pretty sure I did. I got the scenes with that one guy close to the sauna and the scenes when the MC enters the sauna. Is there more?

I don't know if you've found out how to do it or not, but we have to choose NEGOTIATE with Pesman and select the correct drinks that he currently likes. Afterwards, a menu will pop up. Normally, we can choose between "I want booze" and "I want money", but now we can give Regulus' letter to Pesman.
I'm 90% sure we're not supposed to gift Regulus a potion of invisibility while he's in prison since that triggers a branching event where Regulus apparently assassinates Gustave and, once we talks to him the night after in the underground bar, he is very clearly corrupted and just leaves the city afterwards.
Does anyone have a save with the gallery open? I was frustrated when I encountered a village on the second level that was difficult to escape.
