So spoilers for obvious reasons:
The exposer stone is found in the backyard behind Otto's Church at City of Exiles, which is actually located on the 3rd floor. You can get in there in 2 ways by interacting with Otto, but one way is worse than the other, so plan.

ohhhhhh i see. you mean you can get regulus/max/borde/simon ending only in first time in shrine village ?
but dang how suppuse i will get pure ether from ash XD if i can't go out.
for me i go in and out to get ash treasure and come back to shrine village and start fight boss. so maybe this is why the problem
You can get the NPCs endings outside of Shrine Maiden Village, which means you don't need to enter Shrine Maiden Village even once to get to their respective endings. (And entering the village will lock you out of some endings if you haven't progressed enough with the NPC's routes so be careful)
In Ash case, you can still leave normally if you never sleep there in the first place so don't worry (they put a warning ingame for this situation)
You can't reset stats (not in a single playthrough that is), but if you are talking about late-game enemies that require magic, I will assume those are "Wraiths" (afaik, the other enemies still take physical damage); even if you have no INT stat, you can still use Holy Flask to win a single encounter. But other than using Flasks, you can try using a weak holy weapon or escaping.
It's rather inconvenient if you accidentally go 0 on INT stat but pull your way through.

You can get one either going to the backyard of Otto's in the City of Exile or going to Floor 4 Oz Cathedral the chest beside Old Knight Randel(Found about this after rushing to progress Hilda's Bond Story to get the Tainted Shrine Maiden Ring in my 3rd playthrough). Going for one of those two will change the other chest content.

Requires Atla to say to Ash to go back and rest 5 times (WARNING: this should happen before entering the Shrine Maiden Village or else both items are gone until next run). on the 5th one Atla will say to Ash that she's already getting used in the dungeon after that you need to enter the Deep Layer Shrine Maiden Village where Ash will be present in there along with the other wolves. Ash will gift you "Ash's Memo" which is required to make the Staff and Garb to show up, you will just need to follow the directions given in the memo to navigate in the "Sea of Trees".

Go to 2nd Layer and enter the Unclean Underground Temple B1F. You will need a Cloud Eye Potion(Invisibility Potion) to get to it via passing the cannon zone on the right side.
