star knightess aura is kind of like that but lots of text and the game is quite hard in normal diff that game you kinda need experience to do good run,first playthrough is testing then second get better and it is quite long

I don't know about male protagonists, but 'Magical Girl Konoha' has some sort of corruption.
You basically play as a pure magical girl who gets more and more exposed to sex.
There is even a way to turn into some sort of lust demon.
Tho, you won't find this game here, since it has loli content all the way through.
But it's on Steam and can be patched with a NSFW patch.

Aside from the lewd stuff, the game is actually really fantastic when it comes to gameplay.
The balancing is a bit wonky, but it has a neat open world to explore with tons of stuff to find and some light metroidvania elements.
Basically, you collect... ahem... Lolimon, and each one comes with an ability that helps with the exploration.
Burning vines, crushing stones, letting you dive, make you swim/climb faster...
Highly recommended, just be aware of the general theme and the intro already sets the tone.

Thank you! But can you tell me how do I restore health? I am constantly at 1 HP and I cannot even perform RUN in that case, making gathering gold or escaping trough auciton impossible. There is no way to avoid enemies and I can't also fight them.

Sadly there arent any games like this one or Karry prison.
The ones suggested to you are just terrible. Aura is awful and the other is loli....
Anyway out of the 2 I think Karryn is the better H game but as a Game I think Unholy is just better and is not freaking infuriating impossible or BS like Karryn can be if you try to beat it on the hard difficulty.

I really need help for the Prison as I appear to be really dumb. The character have Ether Sickness which I am unaware how to cure - it says Ether Therapy and none of the Prisoner tell me what to do about it. That means I am permamently 1hp, mening I cannot escape trough any possible route as enemies catch me super fast and down me, which means I lose all my gold, because I am also unable to mine anything, but the first room. Moving to the next one is almost impossible so I am stuck in a limbo.

Anything related to Beauty should do it, The Gun you will talk to the General Store Manager in the General Store then negotiate or sell flower on him then talk to the equipment vendor. The price I can't remember but since you are playing as a prostitute run money will flow like water so the price is a joke. You can earn money around Noon to Night(Sun and Moon Icon together on the left side of the screen) or Night in the Casino working as a Bunny Girl you will always need some Amaryllis to work. But you will run around in the dungeon first trying to killing monsters just to earn enough souls/crystals to level up your stats for Beauty.

If its a status then you will need most a Homunculus to cure it, if its a Skill then you're done unless you able to escape in another way.

If you want a Crit set the Bunny Girl set from the Casino Shop should do. If you don't want that idea then going for Lightwear should do it though there's a Heavy Armor in the Shop from City of Exiles from 3rd Layer.

It got some hiccup/cuts in some area for some reason like weird cut on the left side in some areas but it does the job for 95% of the whole game maps.I'm glad you posted this, I thought nobody was using my mod
I just figured out that I need to do 50% Fatigue to rest so I can recover full health.
It was really tedious to achieve and I needed luck. Currently I am survining the prison and I will most likely farm my way out which at this pace it will take forever.
Can anybody tell me how do i remove the slave restrain mask, i did manage to escape from prison but i can't figure out how to remove the mask
What the hell am I supposed to do when Ed bricks one of the stones? I caught him and didn't spare him then went to the trap, escaped that and still nothing. Not sure how to progress, I can't fix the last stone in layer 2
