When you get to the exile city, Teacher Otto wants you to go get raped to progress his story but in a game with as much dark themes as it has, there doesn't seem too be a lot of opportunities for this. Any ideas for where to go?

Don't drink his potion, and don't give it to Amy's slave. Give her a regular invisibility potion and she'll go to the bar (in the same city). She'll tell you how to expose Otto.

I just invis n went in his room to grab the key, i guess there is a cult route after the rape but no thanks

Holy shit this game need a map, better quest traquer and if some kind soul could give a walkthrough it would be awesome.

It's good but the dungeon is getting me confused and you don't know where and when the quest NPC's are present.

Two places as far as i know, catch the guy that's messing whit the sigil stones in layer two and punish him and use plunder on the drunkard near the casino at night, note that if you do it on the drunkard she will snap his neck and you get a bounty.

Gameplay is pretty good, but if you're in it for anal then it's a big disapointment. One side-view anal, two slime excretion, one anal fisting battle-fuck scene from an imp. That's all i've found exploring the game and the unlocked gallery. If there is more then it is very well hidden. An 'anal only' playthrough is more of a technicality and not so much an actual gameplay experience.

Shoplifting. But it's easier to open a VIP room in a casino—they sell unlimited wine there.
