Just push the statue on the left, run 3 step, grab the dagger and teleport out. If you have heal pots or eat food mid-run you will not die. You do not want to go to the other side of the bridge; it connects to 3rd floor exile camp.

If you level you int a bit you can buy a spell from Hilda that gives a holy buff to your weapon that scales whit prayer power.

The easy way to to just wait for night to fall and fallow the slave hunter to the village he will spawn at the start of the area right next to the camp.

if you are a monk class, Hilda sells watershield skill making you take only 5 damage per tick. Other classes use dragon blood vial making them take 10 per tick; its recipe is 4th floor boss loot. The fact that it uses diamond, another very rare loot, to craft making me just cheat them in lol.

First download the whole map of the first floor the user O&M's made it https://f95zone.to/threads/unholy-maiden-v1-06-unit-03.280971/post-18952389 , The directions are this. First try the shortcut of ilusionary wall in the entrance dungeon , find Outer Wall Eastern campground and walk far right and below in your map. You'll reach the hidden Ancient Castle Spire .
You'll have to buy refill your Elixir blessing 3 times before all of that.
