its in armour slot , and also you have to fix your underwear or else you will be naked , also if you unequip leopard , you will be naked whether you wearing armour or not (for somereason)

In town, go to the inquisition and turn in key you bought from him. The next day you can visit jail to find him in there.
Starting from the Inn, head due west up the stairs (not to the bathhouse). Go north through the gate and continue due north into the first door there.
Outside of the church go around back rather than through the front door. You can also just take the mining carriage and head east. Push the statues out of the way then head north through the entrance on the left. Simon is in the back.
