How do I get to Exile City? I need a token of some kind, and I have no idea where it is

i think there's 3 ways to enter exile city. First route is thru layer 1 there's a camp outside of east library. Also you need lava resist potion.
Second route is via slave tower go west , best way to get there is get slaved.
And third route is thru layer 3 forest.
