The right side is completely fenced up all round, I can see on the other side there is an enemy directly east of the tree and a npc guard opposite of the entrance. Also I cant find a red book anywhere, I'm worried that my game is bugged

Made the onomatopeyas transparent since I'm not a big fan of those things getting in the way of the good stuff.

I think I found a soft lock in the pub bathroom? Piss meter is maxed, can't leave as you can see from the message in the 2nd image, and all the stalls are occupied. I imagine there's some sort of event with the urinal maybe, but it doesn't seem that interacting with it does anything. Interacting with the stalls repeatedly slowly decreases sanity, but otherwise does nothing.
Is there some sort of pee button or something? Anyways, reloading a save for now.

Yeah, I guess if you drink ale in the pub and it maxes the pee gauge then you're soft locked, as you can't even leave the pub until you go into the bathroom, where some event is supposed to happen that never does.

I'm stuck, I can't enter this area and I don't know why. Also, I don't know how to make immaculate ether. I've only been able to purify ether, but now I don't know what to do with it.

Told you , if your stuck on the pillars use No Clip via MLtool to pass locked doors.
To get to the knight, enter the cathedral from the "teleporter" (and have the doors open, meaning the two statues are placed in level 3, not level 1), this should unlock the bars. Anyways, from the teleporter, go up then in the new corridor go LEFT. The right would take you to the part with the boss and the bomb (but you need to unlock the door from the other side first). Anyway, once you take a left it's a straight path (as in, there are no side rooms or rooms that will lead you anywhere else, just continue exploring) to the room with the knight (if you've done simon's quest you'll have seen him from the other side).

All of the stalls are occupied. Knocking on the stalls in the women's gives a small sanity debuff, and then once you've done that, the chastity threshold to go into the men's restroom is bypassed (there's some special dialogue).
You can see that I don't even have the necessary Chastity Lewdness to go into the men's half yet. I'm pretty sure the event is related to the urinal and is somehow broken, as you can't interact with it despite there being arrows above it.
After trying to interact with every object in the room, there doesn't seem to be any way to progress.

i think you need a book you can get from the witch in library or in town(alchemy shop) book of ancient literature or something like that i might be wrong tho but my mc said she wanted to learn ancient script and then the witch gave me the book witch you can read when staying at inn/ this is just guess work tho since i have not read the book yet and im no where near where you are in my journey atm
just tell the witch you want her to teach you magic then talk to her sister in town(alchemy shop) then go back to library and she should give you the book at some point i am not sure what triggered what if its the npcs i talked to or if its progressing to lower layers or both or lvl or ...yeah you get it it just happend to me when i got corrupted chastity values i had to switch to magic i had already completed several things before i actually went and bought magic spells from her and at that point she gave me the book its a bit vague but thats what i remember

Sorry, but which teleporter? Where should the statues be placed in level 3? I haven't found any locations that would allow me to slot in the statues. I've clearly overlooked a major route of some kind, as I can easily path to the opposite side of the knight, as you mentioned, but I have no level 3 teleporter aside from the hidden forest.

as I already said, you can't leave... hence the soft lock. There's no other action you can take except for reload a save before being trapped in the pub.
Normally you're supposed to be able to kick down the rightmost door in the ladies' restroom and piss with the door open.
Also, you made in far enough that you can enter the men's restroom, in which case you're supposed to use the urinal.
