its irrelevant, i finished my almost virgin run with 2 sexes simon + max and 70 lewdness
its starting perk, you start new game and select it, it gives you more damage
when you see more damage that means perk is good

big clit is also a starting perk it make masturbation cumming easier
if you use prayers i would say its good, you would have to go Virgin + Maiden + Orphan for this to shine

I've updated my mod to be compatible with the latest version of the game (v1.09).
The mod was already functioning correctly; the update simply modifies the plugins.js file so the version label displays the correct version number, preventing any confusion (such as the mod appearing to revert the game to an older version).

I've been meaning to ask this for a while but keep forgetting. Is there a specific reason why the FullMapScreenshot entry in plugins.js has double quotes ("") around the name, status, and parameters sections?
Big clit perk is learned when your MC try many kind of different masturbations , not just the basic, bro. It requieres some time, like it's usual in this game. In my case my MC learned that just "as a side effect" to recover her sanity (low sanity nerfs her stats)
fight or rob somebody in town, some of them will give you bounty if the attack is successful and the guard will bust you if they see you. you might need some STR stats to pull it off tho, (fame doesn't matter)
there might be other easy ways but i don't know about it
the boss only shows his 5000 health (and become stronger too) if you have perfect fifth element in your inventory iirc.
get the angel statue items from 1st and 2nd floor, then place them on the red gate on the 3rd floor to open the door to that church on 4th floor
Few Questions. Where do you get alcohol? Missing out on some great recipes and it doesn't drop anywhere or seem purchasable at any vendors. Edit, Alcohol becomes available once you reach Floor 3. How do you learn recipes for food? I'm on my second playthrough and I'm not seeing nearly as many as I did last time despite playing roughly the same way.

Easier to have your outfit burned off then walk around town trying to interact with NPCs.
