that IS the patch, you can't just run that alone cause it's just a patch file. you need the main game first

if you have the folder of the patch, all you need to is just copy the entire folder named "UnHolY ToRturEr_Data" and paste it into the main game folder that have the same name folder, just replace those inside the main game with the minigame patch then run the game, you should see the minigame button on right bottom

i'm more surprised it isn't already knowing the gameplay is literally clicker game with extra step and porn.
reading from the dev Ci-en they already move on to new project so i doubt they bother to come back here for that.
