And seriously, did this happen? Ivy comes to see the protagonist all night wet from the rain with her makeup smeared, saying everything she's feeling and the protagonist doesn't have the slightest common sense to invite her into the house and give her a towel to dry herself? He just lets her leave in the rain and then says that it was resolved? Man, that scene was simply ridiculous, it just showed how poorly written this game is.

University Days Unofficial Fan Taboo Improvement Patch v1.4
(For UniDays v0.12 NB)

- This is a simple text replacement patch just drop it in the "game" subfolder. It shouldn't break future versions, but it won't change anything added past current versions content.
- Always call the Landlady by her title (ie "Mom") instead of her name, and her sister as "title + name".
- Case correction for when titles are used as proper nouns or not. (ie addressing landlady as "Mom" vs "my mom"). Note: The patch does not change the case of the roommate's title so you should just type the word "sister" in lower case when asked and it will be correct.
- Maddie is referred to as your cousin (for some reason there was no relationship variable for her)
- Minor increase in taboo dialogue.
- Corrections of some of the worst Engrish and spelling/grammar/etc.
- Correction of wrong character variable being used a few times ie Maddie calling her mom by the same title that you use for her. And your mom using the wrong name for her friend when she shows up at the door one time.

That said, patch still isn't able to do much about the story's lack of taboo feel, with the fast speed/willingness for some characters to want to jump each other without much explanation/hesitation if they're related.

As always with my fan patches, let me know if I missed anything, or broke anything...

Episode 13 on steam, disappointing to see that indeed all Bonus scenes are Stripped from Steam version and are Patreon exclusive. As the developer may have read my comment on steam about the game making duplicate game directories each update and now they just install into the base folder but nothing about the Bonus scenes.

Which I'm ok with if you want Bonus scenes being Patreon exclusive to Patreon but when the initial steam purchase and first updates included them then they are stripped from the game later on that I'm not okay with. That is something you should not do as a developer.

I don't believe potential piracy is a good enough reason to strip content from a game someone purchased on Steam.

Simple thing it seems the developer regretted including bonus scenes with steam and is now trying to drive up Patreon numbers by removing it from the steam game and is not responding to any comments about it being removed. They went about it the wrong way.

In my opinion if they really wanted to make them exclusive they should have kept access on steam to the bonus scenes they already had included with the previous versions of the steam game, made a statement that Bonus scenes going forward would be exclusive from this point on. Would have still be a shitty thing to do mid development but it would have been easier to take rather then just removing things that were in the game I paid for and saying if you want them back you need to give me money monthly.

I don't like paying monthly, I support a lot of Game devs for these games on steam when I can. Actions like this make me not willing to support these devs with any future games or dlc.
