Energy decreases so much, it's ridiculous. Taking a nap should be able to increase energy in my opinion. You should also maybe consider decreasing the energy cost of things like going to class it takes away 60 energy.
It is a good thing to have competitors, which can add more excitement to the game, but I hope it will be gradual, not that the other side can win the girls at once.
