Yes, but with quite a bit of rollback-powered cheating. This minigame is extremely unintuitive (and the explanation you get doesn't really help) because it's a unfortunate combination of very fast "cursor" movement so you need to hit space well in advance, plus to this point i don't know if you are supposed to align the position with the cups placed at the bottom or the opponent ones at the top. I think it's the latter, but it just makes things even more difficult because the spaces between the cups (and the cups themselves) at the top are quite smaller.
I did it once.....in fact I beat all the mini games once.
Oh. Yeah, i got that one done, it was actually quite easy if you skip on couple drinks beforehand (since then the area of the bar that you have to hit remains pretty wide)

There is one completely unavoidable scene and then there are a few I'd call 'unavoidable-lite' in that once the scene begins, you cannot turn it down. You can, however, just avoid the scene, but you don't know it's started until it gets to that point. They're during the two free-roams at the sororities. The trigger is entering a room where the girl is, however you don't know who is in there until you enter it. I took Sarah in the first unavoidable scene, so it forced another scene with her at the sorority. I also did Fuyumi's first scene in the store, so it forced her scene at the sorority as well. Don't know about any others... I think there's a red-head that jumps on the MC that I don't think I interacted with previously.
I picked Sara as well, but even so if you so much as enter a room with either her or Molly they are still forced. Do you only get the scene with blackjack if the shot is good and "win" with the shit rng of the game or is it going to happen no matter what? Win or lose, doesn't matter? There was a single time I as a player could actually say what I wanted, kinds cheap I think.
IIRC if you win you get to choose which of the two girls you've played the cards with does the deed, otherwise it's presented as "consolation prize" and they decide who gets to suck on MC's straw between themselves.
