They've been moving this way - so many others to please so far. If it's an extra "in game", then maybe a tug initially followed up by a little oral appreciation from MC with a BJ once she gets him "extended"? Or maybe that just means a scene in the "Extras".

Not really needed bud. It's a very popular VN, those that don't have it want it, those that have it are loyal supporters and either aren't suppliers or don't leak until a bit of time has passed. Been that way for a while.

The bugs in the extra version are the gallery on the extra tab, 3 or 4 replay scenes are mixed up and pointing to the wrong scene etc.

If that's the case that's a bit ironic... I believe the gallery code is new in this release and should have been fully tested.
