I have no idea what you read, but it is way different from what I'm reading. It is also the unsaid, she would not get so upset with Abby asking her to "convince" people to do things she wanted (not talking about recruitment). She doesn't express how, but it is implied. The first explanation alluded to things much further than nudity, molestation and butt plugs, that was all day one. She wasn't instantly President, either. Other things we may never know, unless she comes clean. There have been, as far as I am now, 2 sorority parties, she was only in one scene, at the front door the first time. There were locked doors we have no idea if she was in those rooms, we just know she wasn't anywhere else.
I'm a writer, I understand the use of alluding to a point. I have 50 years experience in this matter. Now, what would be really great is seeing these events from her perspective down the road, like finally telling MC all the details of her being a pledge and the actual demands Abby has beyond the nudes (and, once again, we have no idea how far things went just too much alcohol was involved).
So, to say she said at any point that she doesn't have sex with Abby or at her command is far and away wrong. If all she did was groom virgins for Abby it wouldn't be such a trauma for her,
DreamNow puts the body language and expressions in there pushing the unmentioned depths of this torment. Of course, DreamNow could change all the points I referenced if that was not the story point being made, or clarify that matter here.
I am not against that direction, or pushing for it, just commenting on what I observe.
Beyond this, the whole talking in strange rooms (i.e. Porn Studio or School) where there should be security cameras that record audio is unrealistic, unless the powers that be are having fun behind the scenes watching the mice hunt them. Furthermore, the Lexi/MC story was ridiculous from the gate, a top end firm like the Porn Studio would absolutely know to check basic SM like PVU to look for images or conversations showing history. Yes, reality in a porn story would be a thing.
