2 from what I recall. Ashley if you fuck Ivy, and Roxy's older sister if you are on both of their paths

I don't know if it's actually happened yet, cause I didn't do it on same path, but fucking Ivy, cause Carol to break up too, probably Sara as well.

I've only seen it cause Ashley to split, but I'm not sure I've done a full save with Carol/Sara where I took Ivy's prize. I definitely did it in my first save, but that was before the last update or maybe two, and I don't recall it causing a problem in that one.

I knew I read it somewhere it's in the PDF walkthrough.
It also says if you had sex with Ivy, you'll lose a Roxy scene too.

I don't like that walkthrough. I tried to use it for figuring something out once or twice and I just didn't think it was very user friendly. Saying that though, I'm not sure if any of those "nothing good about that" bits have come up yet, or if I've just missed them through being on different paths now.
Either way, it seems fair to call Ivy the Grim Reaper of relationships!

Sure sounds like she is. Same, I don't know if they have happened yet or not. From memory, when I read that, I just avoided Ivy on all the paths except Lexi. I don't think it is going to be a problem for Lexi.

I specifically got break with Ashley, without expecting it, so I had to redo that save and steered clear of Ivy every time after that
Might have cursed Ivy's name a bit there...only roxy sis so far on my playthrough i dont think i did ivy i have to check the replays but still with the other girls

From the last play I recall, I dated all main girls, even fucked Kim, do porn shoot with other girl, being a sub to a milf(?), still no break up yet which I follow the official walkthrough. And still there is no harem path planned for all main girls even the Dev created a bonus extra scene for harem?

I never understand why there s unnecessary much lewd scene added with Roxy? There were uncessary lewd scene with Roxy, Mallory and Natile. I mean when you lots attention and attachments from MGs why added much lewd scene with Roxy? Instead of Roxy, there should be much romantic lewd scene between Nikki,Sara,Rachel, Ashley and Carol ..That's always makes more Romantic and very realistic. I don't understand why there s not even one pure romantic lewd scene between MC and Nikki yet? It was expecting in last update i.e in v.1.4.5 but the scene was not perfect but more teasing! What the script scene missed s ( there would have been a lewd scene between MC and Nikki on Roof(During Sorority party).2- There was MC sleepover with Nikki, but there was teasing twist and no lewd scene added. 3- MC shared plenty of times together alone in Nikkis Dorm and studios and sharing all intimated things like lover..kissed passionately like true lover..but there were no romantic real lewd scene between MC and Nikki yet? This is the lack in script made bit unromantic! There s plenty of feelings and love and emotions shared between MC and Nikki and that should flame into love route too.Hope, developers will cease the lack and no more teasing with Nikki..only pure romantic/emotional love intimacy should have performed with MC & Nikki in upcoming version.

Yes, it's intelligence. Certain choices are not possible unless you have a high enough intelligence. One key example is that you can trick Ashley to get her out of the clutches of the sorority. Another is an easy way to get Rachel out of a fix with her (soon-to-be-ex-) husband. The first of those in particular completely changes that character and opens up a whole new path. The second has an impact as well, but not quite as big (IMO), although it frees you up to use a favour for something else. There are other (smaller) examples where intelligence gives you another option that you wouldn't otherwise have, as well.
Edit: Just thinking about it, I like how it's decision based. It's not just a case of "this character will like you because you're smart" but it's more that you can sometimes use those smarts to open up a path to a character through your choices.
